The worse update ever

As a player that who is at level 713 Im really upset at the constant changes of bonus point .
Every couple of days my points go down instead of what they were before the update, and you dont even bother to respond to emails.
Shame , it was my favorite game and you just ruined it.
I hope someone pays attention as Im reading comments I see Im one of many unhappy players.
